INVENTÁRIO DE SOLDADO NA HISTÓRIA - Soldiers Inventories

O fotógrafo inglês Thom Atkinson criou uma série de fotos chamada de Inventário de Soldados - uma tentativa de explorar "a mitologia em torno relação do Reino Unido com a guerra". Com a ajuda de historiadores, especialistas reconstituição, colecionadores e soldados privados, a série (com kits de soldados definidos e documentados em detalhes aqui) abrangem 948 anos de Hastings para a província de Helmand.

UK-based photographer Thom Atkinson’s series Soldiers’ Inventories – an attempt to explore “the mythology surrounding Britain’s relationship with war”. With the help of historians, reenactment specialists, collectors and private soldiers, the series (featuring soldiers’ kits laid out and documented in detail here) span 948 years from Hastings to Helmand Province.
